YELLOWPAGES.COM Powers Yellow Pages listings for AnyWho.com

PASADENA, Calif., | Tuesday, June 06, 2006

YELLOWPAGES.COM, a joint venture of AT&T and BellSouth, today announced continued growth of its leading YELLOWPAGES.COM Network1 by providing yellow page results to consumers conducting local business searches on AT&T's online directory site AnyWho.com (www.anywho.com).

Now when AnyWho users conduct a "Yellow Pages" / "Find a Business" search, they will receive business listing and advertiser content information directly from YELLOWPAGES.COM. The search results will appear as part of the AnyWho site.

"This is a natural partnership that helps YELLOWPAGES.COM offer even more value to consumers and advertisers," said Charles Stubbs, president and CEO of YELLOWPAGES.COM. "Exposure to AnyWho's 3.4 million monthly unique visitors2 provides increased exposure to our advertisers, and AnyWho now has access to one of the best local business databases available."

AnyWho now joins other leading sites on the YELLOWPAGES.COM Network. With this new network partner, the YELLOWPAGES.COM Network will provide advertisers with exposure to over 100 million consumer searches per month3.

1 The YELLOWPAGES.COM Network* provides exposure to over 29 million unique visitors (comScore Media Metrix, April 2006]) through the combined Network sites. The unique visitor number for the YELLOWPAGES.COM Network (Custom Entity) includes unduplicated visitors for the following sites: YELLOWPAGES.COM, AOL Yellow Pages, Switchboard, Yahoo! Local and Yahoo! Yellow Pages. YELLOWPAGES.COM advertisers receive exposure across Network sites.
