AT&T'S YELLOWPAGES.COM EXPANDS SALES OFFICE NETWORK AS UNIQUE VISITOR COUNT GROWS BY MORE THAN 50 PE

PASADENA, Calif., | Wednesday, May 23, 2007

Dynamic growth and a rising demand for more local-search advertising options have prompted YELLOWPAGES.COM (www.yellowpages.com), a subsidiary of AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T), to roll out an unprecedented, coast-to-coast expansion of sales offices, the company announced today.

New YELLOWPAGES.COM sales offices have opened or are scheduled to open during the first half of the year in Seattle, Portland, Denver, Minneapolis, Virginia Beach and Richmond, VA, Idaho, Iowa, and New Mexico, while additional offices in Phoenix and Salt Lake City are planned for later in 2007. The new locations, which will serve as regional offices for hundreds of new sales professionals working with businesses to reach local consumers, join the list of current YELLOWPAGES.COM field offices in New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Boston, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, PA, Henderson/Las Vegas, NV, and Charlotte, NC.

"We're on the move- in the last year unique visitors to YELLOWPAGES.COM grew by more than 50 percent**, and the number of clicks to access advertiser information through YELLOWPAGES.COM grew about 70 percent," said Danny Deal, vice president of local sales for YELLOWPAGES.COM. "To keep up with that rising demand for local business information, we're doubling our number of offices and sales professionals this year."

The 2007 expansion plan is scheduled to bring the number of YELLOWPAGES.COM sales offices to 16 from just two in late 2004, when the company was formed. The YELLOWPAGES.COM Network received more than one billion searches in 2006.

The first four months of 2007 has also been one of rapidly expanding wireless local search functionality for YELLOWPAGES.COM. The company recently announced the addition of YP411, a service that gives consumers the ability to find a local business by simply sending a text message on their cell phones to YP411 (97411), along with the zip code or city where they'd like to search, and then receive results back from YELLOWPAGES.COM.

The YP411 service joins other new offerings, including a Send-to-Mobile feature that allows Internet users to forward search results from YELLOWPAGES.COM to their wireless phones in the form of a text message. The company also recently launched a version of YELLOWPAGES.COM optimized for mobile viewing, as well as enhanced MEdia Net capabilities, available to subscribers of AT&T Wireless service, formerly Cingular. In this way, YELLOWPAGES.COM serves as the trusted source for local business information for Cingular's mobile search application.

YELLOWPAGES.COM also recently announced the addition of User Reviews, enabling Web consumers to read and contribute opinions on the local and national businesses they use. The feature also allows businesses to respond to the postings directly.

"We have been busy enhancing the YELLOWPAGES.COM user experience for both Web and mobile interactions during the early part of the year-and advertisers and consumers will see us roll out more new features and services throughout 2007," said Deal. "This is an exciting time to be a leader in the local-search industry. Being a part of the AT&T family puts us in a prime position to help our advertisers find their customers- wherever they may be, and with the personal touch of a direct sales force to make it easy."

The Yellow Pages Association honored the YELLOWPAGES.COM sales organization with its highest honor-a Gold Award-at the recent YPA Annual Conference. The award recognized the process and innovation of the sales organization in 2006.
